Many Malaysian companies now want to have a web presence.  Nothing wrong with that.  What XYZ company has, I also must have mah ... right?  That's the sentiment now.

But what's the use of you putting your e-mail address on the Contact Us link if you have no intention of replying?  Just because XYZ company puts a Contact Us link, I also need to put?  It is supposed to serve a purpose.  A link to contact you means you need someone to reply.  If not, remove that link !!!

I have had a few encounters already .... the most notable ones being Astro and Air Asia !!
